Australia's Leading Financial Services organisation is looking for strong applications performance engineers to optimise performance within the internal operations team.

You will come from the following background:

* Operations background

* Senior Developer/Architect  with an understanding of the design process with the ability to read roadmaps.

* Performance engineering experience is essential. Consistently viewing code to optimise performance at all times.

* Previous experience Consulting  with multiple areas of the business ie, Architectural, Testing and BI teams

* You will need to have experience dealing with high level incidents across multiple technologies at code level, identify the problem, address it and engineer the process to prevent re-occurrence

* Financial Services experience is not essential, must have worked in a large enterprise environment.
