Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENT OFFICER in MIDDLESEX.

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include -
* To ensure the Council has a clear and well-understood performance management.
* To advise officers and members on the performance of Council services.
* To support members to challenge under-performance through presentation.
* To ensure the Council has a clear and well-understood set of customer care standards.

To be successful in this role you must be able to provide effective business support by working as part of a team and to contribute to excellent service delivery.

The roles currently operate on a 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension and offers flexible hours and an excellent rate of pay.
