My Blue Chip Financial Services Client is looking for a contractor to manage the performance of the contact centres, co-ordinating resource movement and of the phone activities across the contact centres. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing budgetary targets such as contact forecasts and shrinkages. Managing the contact centres teal time telephone routing and contact delivery. Communicating performance achievements and root cause analysis. Managing and co-ordinating the impact of major service incidents. You must have previous experience of working within a contact centre resourcing planning function for a large multi function business. You will have an excellent understanding of resource planning and scheduling methodologies along with a broad knowledge of telephony delivery models.
