Performance Analyst - 3 Months Fixed Term Contract

We currently require a Performance Analyst to work at Serco Wincanton on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.

The Performance Analysts role is to analyse and evaluate data and report on all performance measurements including the management information report primarily for the Youth Justice Board Secure Escort Service for Children & Young People contract. The role will require the Performance Analyst to implement systems to identify and measure poor performance and create trend, aggregate and summary reports for the Performance Coordinator.

MAIN DUTIES:

-To audit and produce performance measurement information and to analyse, evaluate and report this to the Performance Coordinator on key contractual performance and reporting measures
-To be responsible for the accurate and timely production of both internal (KPI) and external (contractual) daily, weekly and monthly reports
-To provide ad-hoc reporting where possible

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a strong exposure and background in quality audits and performance with experience in the analysis and delivery of performance information.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

-Excellent all round interpersonal skills
- Highly skilled & experienced in using Microsoft Office packages
- A calm and effective communicator who can liaise and consult with all levels of the contract
- Ability to work on own initiative, manage time and to meet business performance objectives or work within a team
