Performance Analyst/Deputy Business & Performance Manager

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Deputy Business & Performance Manager for a contract based in a Portsmouth Location
This is initially until September 2015 and will be at the limited/Umbrella rate of £19.66 per hour.

Description

An opportunity has arisen to join Advantage Resourcing's Defence company based in Portsmouth as a Deputy Business and Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Business and Performance Manager for determining, monitoring and reporting of Industry performance against contracted KPIs and PIs at various business reviews

Responsibilities will involve:

*Collating financial information relevant to the Class.
*Analysing and presenting information for internal business reviews and external Alliance. Management Team (AMT) reviews.
*Collating and monitoring KPI and PI information.
*Discussing finances with Platform Managers ensuring that it is a lever in their decision options.
*Budget targeting
*Engaging with other managers to ensure continuing best practice.
*Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current contracts and governance issues.
*Extracting and reviewing customer feedback and demonstrating an appropriate response to it.
*Ensuring appropriate governance and controls are adhered to.
*Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulations and company procedures

Skills and qualifications will ideally include:

*Degree qualified or have extensive professional experience.
*Proven commercial and financial acumen.
*Experience of financial modelling and reporting.
*Proven Project Management skills
