Performance Analyst

My Client is seeking a Performance Analyst for an immediate start 4 month contract

You will:

Provide support for strategic planning and performance management by the provision of high quality, accurate and timely data about directorates' services and the contextual background

Undertake a wide range of specialist research tasks including information gathering, analysis, project work, and surveys; to interpret data and information to help non specialists understand the significance of research findings; to present findings to a variety of audiences in an appropriate and accessible format.

Provide a service to colleagues across the client directorates including schools, for the provision, analysis and interpretation of data

Provide a service to colleagues across the client directorates to ensure that the data in management information systems is of the highest quality

Plan and make decisions on how data is collected and analysed to meet internal and statutory requirements

Develop creative solutions to meet the challenges of new data requirements and the rapidly changing statutory performance frameworks

Provide a service to colleagues across the client directorates so that data is presented in ways that are appropriate and accessible
