Performance Analyst

I'm currently working with an NHS client who is now looking for a Performance Analyst on an interim basis inLondon.

As the Performance Analyst you will support the development of the new performance framework works, focussing on the KPIs deployment and dashboard creation through BI and analytics reporting to provide appropriate assurances to the Board and key stakeholders.

The Performance Analyst will have a deep understanding of cutting edge KPIs that drive the Trust's performance framework, reporting and analytics across the trust.

You will have experience in analysis of large complex data sets, use of statistical analysis, data manipulation and report writing.

Manage the collation of MI on a monthly basis to produce a monthly reporting pack for presentation to the Board to focus on overall performance, deviation from performance and emerging trends.

Work towards and support KPI development to ensure metrics are established to underpin its measurement and achievement.

Deliver management information of good quality that meets the needs of the Organisation to support its decision-making and the running of the Clinical and Corporate directorate.

Develop and provide performance packs to communicate monthly performance within the Clinical and Corporate directorates.

Other skills include SQL, QlikView and NHS experience.
