My Client Based in the beautiful city of Lyon, France has an immediate need for a PeopleSoft Technical Lead.

Job Description:

. Experience in managing the technical aspects of PeopleSoft application implementation using Agile methodology in large organization with complex application landscapes
. Experience in ability to deal with external vendors/banks. Identifies and manages dependencies with external and internal teams.
. Experience in understanding and implementing technical (PeopleTools, Integration Borker etc.) and integration layers (ESB, ETL, Interface, MDM) of the project.
. Work with functional consultants to translate interface models into specific requirements for new integration solution features and capabilities.
. Lead analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of Interfaces Solution; Work hand-in-hand with development scrum teams and support them.
. Create design documents: high level functional and non-functional design as technical design specifications
. Manage task completion of external resources/system integrator
. Follow project risks, issues, mitigations, follow-up with PM
. Lead INT testing, support IF UAT testing
. Perform light project reporting
. Plan & oversee Interfaces deployment
. Ensure Interface solutions are technically robust and are technically fit for purpose.
. Work with project managers to ensure designs and technical deliverables meet project objectives
. Work closely with Architects, Solution Specialists & Analysts, and other technical team members to ensure that any proposed solutions fully integrates with existing and developing IF standards
. Strong Leadership, Communication and Teamwork skills are required. Must be a driver with ability to identify and coordiante activities needed to bring issues to closure

We are looking for a proactive and independent team player with at least 5 years' experience in a related role with strong Interfaces solution delivery experience using Tibco ESB, ETL and Integration tools (eg IBM DataStage, Informatica, Oracle toolsets). Candidate should combine a technical background with the ability to interact with business/business partners and have, at least, basic project management skills.

You should be detail oriented, work accurately and independently and perform well under pressure. Experience with PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SOA/Web Services is a plus.
