Peoplesoft Programme Manager

Projektbeschreibung
System Dynamics have an urgent requirement for a Peoplesoft Programme Manager to join our client based project team in Dublin city centre.
The proposed candidate MUST have knowledge of following technical environment:
- Peoplesoft
- Corepay
- Microsoft
- Oracle
- SAP
- Sharepoint
- IVR
- Document management systems
- Case management systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include but are not limited to those set out below.
The candidate will:
combine an analysis of business processes and an understanding of technology capabilities to provide a vision and strategic advice for managing project development and delivery in a shared service environment;
devise a mechanism that will provide a single source of consistent information on proposed projects and ongoing projects relevant to the operation of the shared services programme;
devise a procedure that will provide high-level or detailed management and status reports as required;
develop a mechanism for ensuring that Programme Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies are identified at an early stage so that they can be mitigated or escalated as necessary;
develop and advise on policies, standards and guidelines relating to the deployment of IT solutions and systems with particular reference to the shared service environment;
work with IT Solutions Development and Project Leads to ensure that there is a seamless and coordinated transition of new or modified applications into the live environment;
maintain an overall PMO schedule of key events for each planned or initiated shared service project in order to avoid project bottlenecks due to resource demands;
work with project sponsors, project owners and project managers on the practical implementation of project management approaches after they have been agreed with management;
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
a minimum ten years' experience, including at least five years' experience working with senior management levels
experience of at least three years supporting programme delivery in a multi-disciplinary shared services environment
strong knowledge of IT service/project management processes and experience in delivering improvements to these processes
programme management experience of managing a range of projects in a development and live environment involving a number of cross-functional teams
knowledge and experience of ICT Business Analysis;
knowledge of (i) public sector and (ii) shared service business environment;
ability to analyse differing demands and present written and oral options for appraisal and approval;
ability to explain complex project management considerations in a way that technical and non-technical people understand;
project and programme management planning and organizational skills
