This is a CONTRACT engagement (C2C, W2)The project is scheduled to start immediately and run for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension to 10 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and customize Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Product suite using PeopleSoft ERP technologies, such as PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, PS Query, Component Interfaces, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Workflow and related tools.
- Gather, analyze and document requirements. Analyze As-Is business processes and Legacy data processing systems. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to map current business processes to PeopleSoft delivered processes and identify gaps.
- Create technical specifications using functional requirements documents. Work with the Business users to develop data mapping document for interface/conversion development.
- Design and develop various enhancements and customizations for various modules in PeopleSoft HCM. Develop online customizations using PeopleTools-Application Designer.
- Develop SQR/Application Engine batch programs for interface/conversion/reporting.
- Create and modify PS Queries. Develop various in-bound and out-bound interfaces. Conduct code review.
- Prepare Change Management documentation to migrate code changes from one environment to another.
- Create test cases, test scripts, test plans, and conduct unit/integration testing. Support User Acceptance Testing. Responsibilities also deployment, post Go-Live support and performance tuning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding of the Business Process flow and integration of various PeopleSoft modules such as:

- Core HR
- Self Service
- Benefits
- Performance Development
- North American Payroll and Time & Labor

Experience with the following:

- PeopleSoft Versions ' 9.1 or Higher
- PeopleTools ' 8.51 or higher
- Database ' DB2, Oracle

Experience:
Min 6 years including integration of PeopleSoft HCM with Kronos Time and Attendance. Core HR, Self Service, Benefits, Performance Development, North American Payroll and Time & Labor
