ROLE:
Design, develop, integrate, migrate, upgrade, test and deploy the PeopleSoft application (Global/Swiss Payroll). Implementation and analysis of proof of concepts from Oracle bundles for incorporating legal changes in Global Payroll rules. Work with XML publisher for legal reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years experience as PeopleSoft Global Payroll expert, preferably for Swiss Payroll
- Experience in PeopleSoft applications process design and configuration
- Experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll/HR modules, preferably Swiss Payroll
- Expert in PeopleSoft toolset and development (People Tools, Peoplecode, SQr's, Application Engine)
- Oracle skills preferred, good knowledge in SQL queries
- Experience in CRM
