PeopleSoft Functional Consultant - PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 - Amsterdam - Contract - 12 Months

The objectives of the one HR programme incorporate the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model for Global HR RI, and the implementation of a new Global HR system - PeopleSoft HCM v9.1

The Programme the successful candidate will be working on impacts the clients offices worldwide and from a systems perspective, will incorporate significant functionality including, but not limited to: Workforce Data Management;
Compensation Management,
Performance Management,
Employee and Manager Self Service;
Absence Management;
Base Benefits;
Talent,
Recruiting Solutions,
Enterprise Learning Management,
Reporting tools and interfaces.

During phase 1 of the programme Core HR functionality, HR Analytics and eComp has been deployed. This role is to support phase 2 of the programme which will design and implement Talent & Performance management functionalities including ePerformance, Profile Management, and Career & Succession Planning.

Role Description:
Working closely together with a business led project team, this person will be the PeopleSoft functional lead for the Talent & Performance Management work stream. They will provide expert advice on delivered functionalities ensuring the design meets business requirements, is aligned with PeopleSoft HCM Core, and supports the agreed business processes. During the start-up phase focus will be more on process-/technology alignment. As of the beginning of 2014 this is a more hands-on project role which will eventually include the configuration of the application based on the agreed design.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all PeopleSoft functional deliverables including:
* Business Requirement Definitions
* Functional Requirement Definitions
* Configuration Specifications
* Implementation Plans
* Data Conversion plans
* Creation of supporting documentation
* Execution of testing
* Delivery of training

Required Experience:
* Proven PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 implementation experience of Talent & Performance Management functionalities within a global implementation (multi country)

Note: Rabobank International will implement PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 later this year to support core workforce administration, eCompensation and HR Analytics. Talent proactive and a 'can do' attitude
* Have experience of working alongside business and technical resources
* Have experience of HR software delivery projects using the Agile methodology is a pre.

Required PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 Skills Have expert functional knowledge of the following PeopleSoft modules:
* ePerformance
* Succession Planning
* Career Planning
* eDevelopment
* eProfile
* eProfile Manager Desktop
* Workforce Administration
* Position Management (Rabobank International use full position management)
* HR Analytics an advantage
