Peoplesoft Financials - Technical Developer

Azule Staffing has an opportunity for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join a team working on the delivery of development work in the PeopleSoft toolset to implement the requirements for a client in St. Paul, MN. This phase of the project is schedule to run from mid-September, 2015 to the end of this year.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

This is a staff augmentation engagement based on the delivery of development work to implement functional design requirements (DRs) created and delivered by the department's staff.

This work includes:

Meet/work with functional staff to gain understanding of requirements of system needs

Help functional staff write and estimate approach papers
-

Help functional staff create and estimate detailed design documents
-

Help functional staff in recommending and documenting system configuration changes
-

Develop approved DRs using client procedures and standards
-

Provide programming/development efforts to implement DRs using client procedures and standards
-

Attend advisory, steering, and other meetings to support/explain system changes
-

Assist module leads, development and functional staff in implementing and testing system changes
-

Providing training/knowledge transfer

REQUIRED SKILLS

-

5 years' experience developing in the PeopleSoft toolset
-

2 years' experience with the PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions module

DESIRED SKILLS

-

Development experience in the Procurement module within PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (FMS)
