Functional Consultants

The ideal Peoplesoft Financials Support Engineer/Functional Consultant candidates will:
- Research through the existing database for references which might offer a resolution to a problem
- Clarify and verify the exact issue and determining the root cause
- Proposing, justifying and offering assistance for the implementation of the solution
- Contributing to the team-based activities
- Participating in system testing and projects that enhance the support quality
- Being the link between the customer and the Development Team
- Participating in training sessions (technical or soft-skills) and maintaining an adequate level of knowledge
- Ensure that all the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
