Peoplesoft Finance Senior Consultant

Link Technologies is currently looking for a PeopleSoft Finance Senior Consultant for an 11-month contract position in Coral Gables, FL.  Please apply immediately if you are looking for a great project!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Configuration Guides
- Develop Test Scripts
- Enter/Maintain Project Costing Configuration
- Participate in System, Integration and UAT testing
- Transfer knowledge to client's functional and technical support personnel

Qualifications:

- Willing and able to travel 100% of time to client site, and will work 4 ten hour days
- Application of appropriate practices, methodologies and tools to facilitate project management; establish and utilize project controls and communications project progress
- Application of interpersonal skills to build client and project team relationships
- Manage scope, risk and quality; monitor schedule and track results
- Effective communications at all stakeholder levels including interviewing, meeting facilitation and presentations

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field

Additional Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing all aspects of implementation or upgrade of complex projects to meet client and/or organizational goals
- Provides a single point of contact for project.
- Responsible for risk assessment, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
- Manages project scope and objectives from concept through final implementation.
- Develops detailed project plans and manages implementation or upgrade processes including, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on time delivery within budget.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, client reporting and internal  reporting
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables if applicable.
- Provides guidance to the project team
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems     

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of PeopleSoft Fin Lead Consultant experience                
- Experience with Fin Module such as Comptroller, Finance Dir, or Fin Analyst or AP Supervisor    
- Ability to explain critical integration intra- and inter touch-points of the respective application and module          
- Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients.

Desired Skills:    

- Experience with other PeopleSoft Fin Modules
- Excellent verbal skills, including conducting/leading client meetings, conduct presentations
- Possess and demonstrate Team Building and Consensus Building skills
- 9.x PSFT experience
