-60-70% - Excel to CI data loading in PeopleSoft. Taking data from Excel, review it, test load it, test the loaded data, coordinate with the user to review the data, loading the data to production
-20-35% - Monitor the Remedy support queue and work on support requests/tickets. Receiveing 2nd level user requests
-5% - Monitor the PeopleSoft process monitor each day for failed processes and work with IT to find cause. Re-schedule processes as needed
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-PeopleSoft 9.0 or 9.1 HCM experience, or a very strong skill set in Excel and another data loading tool
-German (spoken, listening, writing)
-B1 level business English (spoken, listening, writing)
WEITERE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
Helpdesk/support, Software developer, Administrator
