My banking client based in Edinburgh requires a number of PeopleSoft HR Data Business Analysts to work on a large scale HR Transformation programme. You will need to have excellent data and SQL knowledge as well as PeopleSoft knowledge. You will be defining specifications and pulling reporting data using MI from the source of the data to understand how HR data fits together in the system.
