We are currently seeking an HRIS Data Analyst for a 4 month contract position in Atlanta, GA.

The HRIS Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team in the areas of data maintenance, integrity and reporting. The data analyst serves as the Data Steward for all HRIS applications and advises HR business users on the data integration requirements between HR functionality and applications. The role assists with requirements gathering, test script development and testing, functional support and training for the HR business users, and supporting HR with basic reporting requirements. The role also acts as the functional Kronos administrator.

SKILLS :

Bachelor's degree in a business related field, or management information systems required 
5 years experience with PEOPLESOFT HCM in data quality, data stewardship or data management. 
2 years functional knowledge and experience with KRONOS 
3 years developing queries in PeopleSoft Query and SQL for more complex analysis 
Knowledge of Self-Service, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management, and TAM modules 
Proficient using MS Office Suite (MS Project, Visio, Word and Excel) 
Experience in healthcare a plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for being the subject matter expert for HR business functions as supported by PeopleSoft HCM and other applications in the HRIS group portfolio. 
Fosters a strong relationship with business users in all HR functional areas. 
Works with HR business leaders, super users, and end-users (customers) to configure business capabilities provided by PeopleSoft HCM and other applications in the HRIS group portfolio, including data flow analysis, system configuration and data setup. 
Writes queries or custom reports as needed to analyze data issues, provide ad-hoc reports, or solve system issues. 
Develops test plans and queries, and assists with user acceptance testing.
Provides input to business partners on QA best practices. 
Communicates progress for assigned activities. 
Provides HRIS application production support to the HR department users. 
Creates documentation and user job aids to assist in the training of HR department resources and communication of application and/or process changes. 
Provides configuration, data maintenance and integration support for Kronos Workforce Timekeeper 
Manages users access and compliance to established time and attendance policies as it relates to Kronos
