Peoplesoft Consultant

Our client in Johns Creek, GA is looking for a Peoplesoft Consultant; for an exciting opportunity to join their team. The Peoplesoft Consultant position will be responsible for supporting the management team in providing leadership and technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of highly complex information systems that conform to MST standards and methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A top level technical design contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge
Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written
Provides leadership in the evaluation and recommendation of hardware and software solutions used throughout the industry for use at MST

REQUIRED:
10+ years PeopleTools experience including Application designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow
Experience using XML Publisher and Integration Broker 7+ years' experience with Oracle or another relational database 7+ years SQL and SQR experience
Experience with PeopleSoft Security in release 9.0 or higher 7+ year's knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data model
Experience with PeopleSoft eComp module plus Experience reviewing new versions of PeopleSoft and recommending how to use new functionality to solve complex business problems.
Experience planning or designing data conversions or re-populating of operational databases.
Experience in Saas Applications like Taleo
Experience working with external vendors and teams on integration of PeopleSoft with 3rd party applications
Ability to Research existing software components and technology, explore design and infrastructure options, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements
Proven ability to design, code and unit test highly complex projects
Proven ability to identify developmental or design risks and action plans
Ability to act as consultant on complex problems
