Peoplesoft Business Analyst Job

PEOPLESOFT BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glendale, AZ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with business users from the CFO division to identify and document business requirements and system needs
- Perform fit/gap analysis and research of in-house, third-party or custom solutions to make objective recommendations for IT solutions based on industry best practices
- Daft functional design documents, including systems specifications, configuration, reporting, batch and security requirements
- Work with the technical team in ticket resolution, projects, enhancements, and customizations
- Provide full life cycle support in requirements definition, system analysis, design, documentation, lead user acceptance testing, Creating user manuals and production support

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience in any of the following PeopleSoft Financial modules Asset Management, Accounts Payables and/or Expenses is a plus
- PeopleSoft application upgrade experience is a plus
- Experience of three to five (3 - 5) years of working as a Business or IT Analyst with solid skills/knowledge and experience specifically with PeopleSoft General Ledger application
- Working experience of PeopleSoft 9.0 and PeopleTools 8.52 or higher.
- Experience in business process development, analysis, and continuous improvement within the PeopleSoft Financials domain
- Demonstrated Business Analyst skills, including business requirements gathering and documentation, functional design specification and system configuration
- Strong PS query/SQL skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
