We are looking for a PeopleSoft Architect to start ASAP to a Huge International Bank in BRUSSELS

DURATION: 1 year + extension
LOCATION: Brussels
Description:
You will be in charge:
- Develops architectural strategy supporting the HR Strategy by identifying key business and operations drivers; analysing, diagnosinq and mapping current work processes; establishing integrated core business and strategic objectives for human resources functions; determining programme roadmap and high-level solution design; re-engineering work processes.
- Establishes global HR architecture by transtlating HR needs into the chosen solution (PeopleSoft for Core HR + Oracle Fusion/Taleo for Talent, Comp maintaining Business team accomplishments; communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert inputs; reviewing open issues and actions items; contributing information to team meetings and reporting to Project Leader and HR management.
- Act as interface between the ERP Integrator or the internal development teams and the Business.
- Reviews supporting the development of training programs.
- Increases organization effectiveness by identifiying opportunities to leverage solutions to other HR needs.
Required skill set:
- Operational HR background (Payroll and/or Comp & Ben and/or Talent Management
- Peoplesoft implementation experience in a similar architect function;
- Experience in SaaS implementations.
