People Transition & Readiness Lead - Organisational Change - Finance Transformation

People Transition & Readiness Lead is required for a Global Insurance firm based in the City. You will be specifically responsible for managing all 'people' transition/internal 'TUPE' activities are delivered and constructing Business Readiness plans and implementing these.

It is imperative you have a proven track record of delivery on a similar project and have a particular focus around Business/Organisational Change. Particular focus around TUPE of staff would be highly relevant.

You must have a track record of the following:

- Direct and manage all people transition activities (ie moving people and teams across into a new business function/department) and prepare and manage the people transition work plan, including exit criteria from their current department.
- Construct suitable Business Readiness Checklists and manage their completion by work stream leads and the business
- Engage with Change Agents to ensure full understanding of Business Readiness criteria and state of readiness
- Proven track record of delivering organisational change support recruitment of Service Management resources
