PEOPLE RELATIONS CONSULTANT - ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN (INTERIM POSITION)

UNTIL END OF AUGUST, 2013

PART TIME: 2 - 3 DAYS PER WEEK (FLEXIBLE)

£250 - £350 PER DAY

ECC is moving to a target operating model which will require a redesign of the existing organisational structure, this will impact on the way we work. To support this we are reviewing a number of our key HR policies and processes and looking at our organisational design.

We are also looking at different ways to deliver our services for the future, including Local authority trading companies, partnerships and joint ventures.

These roles will provide us with additional expertise and capacity within our People Relations and Reward centre of expertise team, to lead on aspects of this work.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- You will be a subject matter expert on Organisational design and will have a track record of delivering this type of change in a large organisation.
- You will have a strong commercial background and experience of advising in changing organisations.
- Strong advising, influential, communication and project management skills are essential
- Experience of creating and implementing user friendly pragmatic policies and guides to help managers and employees understand complex matters in simple terms
- Highly commercial and able to align HR practice to business objectives
- Experience of working with an organisation going through radical change
