Our client is looking People & Organisational SME, to lead the Retail Business thinking and approach to organisation development and colleague engagement as part of the Retail NHH Transformation programme. As the SME for the People and OD stream, shapes and drives the action plan for Retail NHH culture change and organisational effectiveness to create a high performing customer centric culture. Provides critical insight and advice on organisational effectiveness.

The successful applicants main accountabilities/outputs will be

Support the People and Organisation Development work-stream for Retail Non Household (NHH) Transformation programme.

Work with the HR business partners and subject matter experts to lead organisational design and people development as part of the NHH Transformation programme.

Define the organisation design methodology and practice for the Retail NHH programme.

Develop robust OD and culture strategy, methodology and practice in line with objectives of Retail NHH Transformation.

Define and develop internal culture, taking a cross-company view and aligning with the company brand.

Design employee engagement strategy and models.

Develop and deliver large training initiatives.

Support measurement frameworks, monitor progress and propose and prioritise actions that will accelerate culture change across the organisation.

Support cultural and behavioural change for Retail NHH Transformation programme.

Deliver the People and OD change plan for Retail NHH.

Candidates applying for this position should have the following Skills, qualifications and experience


A proven track record of delivering significant company-wide People and OD change.

Hands-on, large-scale change management and programme experience.

Experience of driving customer centric culture change across other retail organisations.

Proven track record working with senior leadership teams to drive organisation change.

A deep understanding of OD and change management methodology.

Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills.

Strong management skills and experience and attention to detail.

Experience in coaching others.
