Our client is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to work on key people and culture projects, initiatives and services in delivering the People and culture plan.

Reporting to the Team Leader - People and Culture Service & Advice, you will act as a point of reference for HR related queries from managers and staff across this well-known organisation.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Monitor HR queries and provide regular progress reports to clients
- Co-ordinate specific Divisional people and culture projects or matters as required
- Review draft position descriptions prior to submission for evaluation
- Provide advice and case management on performance management matters
- Provide advice to managers and employees on matters relating to employment conditions, award and policy interpretation and application to workplace issues
- Support managers in implementing HR processes in their business areas
- Facilitate people management education workshops as required

To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have 3-5 years HR generalist experience. You will have the ability to think strategically within the HR function, multitask and possess excellent people management and communication skills.
