Are you a people focused Change Manager with significant Change Management experience including Organisational Design in an Operational function?

Are you motivated by supporting people through Change?

Do you want a role that gives you scope to manage a growing team vital to a large financial services institution?

Our client is a large financial services institution, based in Edinburgh and requires an experienced Change Manager who can focus on the people side of Change management. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in financial services and will have previously worked in a Fraud/AML/Risk environment.

MAIN DUTIES:

Manage a team of Business Analysts and face off to other business areas when required.

Assess change drivers, translate them into viable projects and identify threats and opportunities.

Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire project life cycle, following the current governance criteria.

Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.

Engage and manage key stakeholders and project sponsors.

Ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance processes are applied  throughout the project life cycle.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START WITHIN 2-4 WEEKS, INTERVIEW FACE TO FACE IN EDINBURGH, BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK, AND HAVE CLEAR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A CHANGE MANAGER IN A MAJOR BUSINESS CHANGE SETTING.
