People and Change/Change manager- HR - Change - People

My client, a globally recognised organisation requires a people and change individual to assist with the running of the HR and Target Operating Model work stream for my client.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Develop the HR and Target Operating Model work stream for my client.
- Stakeholder analysis and creation and ownership of the stakeholder management plan to ensure that key stakeholders remain engaged and active
- Produce organisational, capabilities, capacity and role impact and gap analyses and develop organisational designs.
- Drive progress within the Project, People and Change Management workstream to achieve milestone plans Provide the link between each programme and HR

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- At least 5 years experience of successfully running HR and Target Operating Model work streams
- Experience of change programmes.
- Understanding and hands on experience of HR legislation and policies.
- Production of effective internal and external communications, including designing communication campaigns and delivering events

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

- Previous public sector/county council sector experience
