Additional requirements for the role are as follows:
o Good understanding of pensions within the public sector (essential)
o Project Management experience (essential)
o Commercial flair (essential)
o Change management/change implementation experience (essential)
o Ability to bring a 'fresh pair of eyes' and suggest ideas around best practice and improved efficiency within the team (essential)
o Oracle experience (desirable)
Duties will include:
o Reviewing the operational pensions function
o Looking at the structure of the team
o Streamlining processes where possible
o Implementing more cost effective and customer effective processes
o Sharing best practice
o Assessing the viability of new and existing systems
The successful candidate will need to have a strong and demonstrable background within similar role (s). Knowledge of Oracle is essential for this role
