PENSIONS PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR: DEFINED BENEFIT: WORLD LEADING OIL & GAS CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Payroll Administrator with good technical knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and UK pensions legislation to join their team at Canary Wharf.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the best companies in the world within the Oil & Gas sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Perform administration for routine payroll activities
- Deal with routine payroll related member queries
- Respond to Pensioner Liaison Representative's payroll related queries
- Ensure all individual payments are processed by the agreed deadlines for the weekly supplementary/lump sum payrolls and monthly payroll cycles
- Scan and log all incoming payroll post accurately and launch workflows to the Compendia diary

ABOUT YOU:

- Educated to A level standard
- Good technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation
- Experience of pensions administration and payroll systems
- High level of accuracy to achieve Right First Time
- Ability to be pro-active and demonstrate initiative

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
