PENSIONS & CORPORATE BENEFITS OPERATIONS MANAGER (CUSTOMER SERVICES). FINANCIAL SERVICES. SURREY. 3 MONTHS INITIAL CONTRACT.

Our prestigious and industry leading client have an urgent requirement for an experienced Operations Manager with Financial Services experience to lead and manage the business' Pensions and Corporate Benefits team, developing the Customer Service Operations for the team, and most importantly, to review and improve operational processes, governance and control within this department.

Therefore, the successful candidate must have:

- Extensive experience of undertaking Operations Management roles - particularly managing and developing Customer Services functions.
- Strong previous Financial Services experience
- Extensive previous experience of reviewing, and improving Back Office and operational structures, processes, governance and controls.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills
- Corporate Benefits and Pensions experience (desirable).
