Our client requires a team of complaints handlers to work on a large regulatory pension's initiative
The successful candidate will need to have:
Demonstrative experience in handling large complex pensions queries, and be able to handle complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
Any regulatory, remediation or calculations experience will be highly desirable.
The role requires individuals who can handle high volumes of complaints, be able to work well in a team and have a good understanding of relatively complex pensions related queries.
It is essential to have pensions experience.
