Pensions Administrator - Claims - Management information - Insurance - Financial Services - FSA - Customer Service

On behalf of Hyphens FTSE 100 Financial Services/Insurance client I am looking to recruit Specialist Pensions Administrators for a period of 3 months based in Kingswood, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
1.Customer Service -Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers
2.New Events - To administer all New Events accurately and within agreed service levels, in line with treating customers fairly. Ensuring all matters are dealt with within agreed guidelines and regulatory requirements.
3.Regular Events - To administer all Regular Events accurately and within agreed service levels, in line with treating customers fairly.
4.Maintain Existing Records - To maintain and update existing business records accurately and within agreed service levels, proactively engaging with our internal and external customers in line with treating customers fairly. Identifying and resolving exceptions.
5.Regulatory - Maintain an awareness of the FSA, HMRC and Internal Compliance regulations, including complaint handling, and breach reporting to ensure that the department operates in a compliant manner.
6.Innovation - Follow all business processes by using approved guidance material, analysing feedback on effectiveness and appropriateness. Take responsibility for implementing process improvements, supporting the Division's goals in reducing our operational costs. Recommending system changes and enhancements.
7.Development - Utilising the training and development facilities, take ownership of your own development in the role and where appropriate provide support to your colleagues in their development, to maximise the quality of service to our customers in the most cost effective manner in line with Treating Customers Fairly.

Skills Required
1.Understanding of relevant products as they relate to the Savings area.
2.Understanding of Management Information (MI) within the area.
3.Understanding the complete New Business/Transfers process. Product development awareness.
4.Ecommerce developments
5.Pensions requirement knowledge
