Pensions & Benefits Specialist

*Pensions & Benefits Specialist, Banking-Canary Wharf-12 month contract*

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pensioncompliance with pension auto enrolment legislation, producing, organising and distributing information to the trustees of our pension plans, working with our TPA and external advisers.
* Supporting the operation of the flexible benefits programme, including annual enrolment, RFP processes, invoicing process, dealing with employee queries and managing vendors.
* Experience developing employee communication on pension and benefits topics would be desirable but not essential.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in a pension and benefits role, ideally within an in-house HR function, or have consultancy experience. A good understanding of current pension legislation is essential.
We require a strong team working ethic, and the ability to be able to work effectively within a challenging and time-pressured environment.
