World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for Pensions Administrator with experience in GMP to join the Data and Projects team. You will be in a friendly and hard working environment, where you can continue to grow your skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Initially a 6 month contract with possibility of becoming a permanent role
- Reviewing Member records and scanning into the Electronic Document Manager
- Reconciling data from those records against DWP returns
- Raising queries with DWP on data mismatches
- Correcting data as necessary
- Manually calculating GMPs for completeness

The team comprises of the Team Lead, a core team of 3 (working on departmental data and projects), and 1 temporary member staff who is already working on the GMP project.

ABOUT YOU:

- Strong Pensions Administrator with at least three years' experience
- Good understanding of GMPs (Guaranteed Minimum Pensions)
- Some experience in working on data cleansing projects
- Experience with the Compendia system ideally
- Experience with Shared Workspace ideally
- Committed, adaptable, strong communication skills, work well in a team
- Good analytical skills, good computer skills and an inquiring mind
