Pensions Administrator Contract

Capita the UK's leading provider of business process outsourcing and integrated professional support service solutions are recruiting!! We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist in the delivery of some scheme changes for a large DB scheme.

Reporting to the Head of Consultancy, the Pensions Administrator will be responsible for:

*Delivering a high level of customer service.
*Assisting in ensuring that deadlines are met.

The key duties of the Pensions Administrator are:

*To work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth implementation of the changes.
*To provide defined benefit knowledge to the software developers.

*To understand the defined benefit calculation changes being implemented.

*To assist in the generation of worked examples.

*To check system produced results.
*To adhere to company standards
*To identify process improvements within the team and suggest these to Head of Consultancy.

The key competencies for this role are as follows:
-5 GCSEs grades A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
-Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to varying demands and workloads.
-Must display initiative and a high level of commitment to delivering a quality service
