Pensions Administrator

We are currently looking for a Pensions Administrator for an initial 3 month contract based in Dorking, Surrey.

Please note this is not a generic call centre administrator, the role sits more on the Back Office dealing with escalated Pensions queries and changes. Please also check on the location before applying.

The successful candidate will possess the following;

- Recent/Previous experience working in the Pensions and Retirement space.
- Ability to process retirement quotations and payments.
- Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Understanding of policy changes, updating customer databases, managing and escalating issues.
- Ownership of reolving queries from clients which may involve complaints (please note this is not a complaints handler role).
- Must have excellent administrative skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
