Projektbeschreibung

I have a new opportunity working as a Pensions systems Administrator. You will be involved in core systems' set up and maintenance functions, to support the on-boarding of new schemes, changes to scheme specifications, Auto Enrollment, Web set ups and changes.

You will be expected to learn about the companies proprietary pension administration systems to a super-user' level, to then use that knowledge to support the business in respect of change management and impact analysis. To best support changes and minimize impacts within the team and for the client. To provide support to Project Managers and the wider business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Configure system set up, analyse and load data, lead impact analysis, all in line with agreed timescales
- Manage and communicate issues and delivery slippage
- Focus on controls and quality, in line with audit requirements
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders in understanding client requirements and timeframes
- Prioritising workloads in consultation with change sponsors
- Undertake business analysis to understand the clients' system and business requirements
- Systems consultancy support for stakeholders through the requirements gathering and delivery processes
- Developing competencies, continually building system, product and business process knowledge.
- New pension scheme system configuration
- Configuration change on existing schemes (Contributions, Investments, Funds)
- Member facing online functions and pension modeler creation and maintenance. Set up of client modeler demonstrations.
- Using Excel to analyse and interpret often large and complex sets of data.
- Processing of bulk financial transactions
- Conduct change impact analysis and produce recommendations
- Maintain and supply compliant audit trails
- Undertake continuous process and controls improvement
- Quality control through checking of team output
- Maintain relationships and dialogue with internal stakeholders, reporting progress and issues
- Identifying and implementing system improvements, including liaison with developers
- Testing for business side of wider DC projects

ESSENTIAL:

- 5 years + experience within Financial Services, preferably pensions administration.
- 3 years + experience in an analytical, or systems configuration role, preferably within a project environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Level Excel, preferably with Macros
- Experience of analysing and processing large data sets
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

DESIRABLE

- Background in client change or data configuration
- Experience of system maintenance and testing
- Impact analysis for business requirements

- Able to prioritise across multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility
- Ability to identify and escalate issues according to operational impact
- Experience of Fund/Investment administration
- Able to understand multiples business processes across various functions
- Either FA2, CF1, or Analytical/Project/Investment Administration based qualification
- Experience of minimising risks
- Exposure to audit functions and requirements
