Pega LSA Business Architect

Next Ventures are urgently seeking an Pega LSA Business Architect to work for a multinational corporation over a 6-month contract based in Hilversum, Netherlands!

EXPERIENCE:

- Certified Pega Lead Business Analyst with 10-14+ years of IT experience
- Around 4 years of Pega experience as LBA
- Sound understanding of business process management concepts
- Excellent working on Business Architecture and driving requirements workshops with DCO
- Experience and expertise in creating BRD/Functional spec/Use stories
- Technical understanding of interface/integration technologies
- Managing and driving customer conversations around business process to gain deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into operational requirements
- Experience working on SAFe/Agile methodologies
- Experience in projects in Retail, Supply Chain Management or Sales functions will be an advantage

ROLE:

- Lead the business team in gathering requirements, choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega 7.x platform
- Lead customer facing workshops for requirements and run DCO sessions
- Collaborate with the LSA/Technical Lead with class structure design from the perspective of the business needs
- Ensure that the documented use cases adequately represent the strategic business needs of the and meets all requirements,
- Ensure that the enterprise standards are adhered to including storage of artifacts, traceability, version control and change control
- Collaborate with LSA/Tech Lead to create draft UIs and draft flow development
- Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
