§ Certified Pega Senior System Architect.
§ Track record of independently leading Pega 7 application design
§ Customer interfacing and probing skills backed by good communication
§ Lead the business team(s) in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega 7 and DCO capabilities.
§ Translating of business requirements to BRD/Functional specs/User stories with sizing awareness.
§ Able to work with the team in Agile setup and influence design and implementation from the perspective of the business needs.
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
