PEGA CBA/BA - Start ASAP - Utrecht - Banking

Skills Required:
Experience in the Rabobank FS domain, Lending & Insurance
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Providing technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation.
Managing both scope and risk based on advanced functional and technical in-sight, in collaboration with DevOps team.
Leading continuous development and implementation of best practices, standards and associated expert services within the Pega DevOps team.
Knowledge of Financial Lease products preferred
Experience in Pega Work flows. Strong knowledge in Design, Development, Migration and deployment preferred. (MUST HAVE!)

Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analysis.

Translate high level business requirements in detailed user stories, ready to build by the development team. Actively participate in the requirements design and build phases, delivering high quality deliverables to ensure delivery of solutions within the structured timeframe. Estimate the complexity and simplify solutions together with lead development where necessary/possible
Actively communicate with the product owner, lead business analyst and the development team.
Think out-of-the-box, and out-of-the-team. Look for solutions, proved technology, experiences of other teams, within the whole FS domain
Thoroughly understanding of Architecture, Design and Implementation features.
