Requirement analysis, gap analysis, System Use case, Datamodelling and data mapping for complete payment messages and MI Reporting.

Prepared impact analysis and IT estimation documentation for the new IT systems

Defining PEGA BPM operations, work flow and work object for Account switching by PEGA scrum methodology.

Analysis on Non Functional Requirements like Data retention plan, data Archival solution and present the scope specification documents to stakeholders

Facilitate workshop to prepare Business requirements, business needs, storyboards and solution behaviour and functional & non-functional requirements

Translating analysis to Wireframe, flow/MS Visio diagrams and create structured requirements documents

Create Datamodelling and data mapping for the data source and reference data

Work along with project team and QA in all test phases of the delivery including ST, SIT, NFT and LIVE phase
