EA Change Group's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic PEGA Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
The PEGA Business Analyst would be working on a Programme within Life Pensions & Investments workflow system incorporating end to end customer measures, reconfigured routing and work queues to allow multi-skilling of agents and case management. As a result of a programme of process redesign we will be making changes to the workflow system to support end to end customer journey process flow and MI.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of LP& I and or General Insurance experience.
- Previous experience in Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
- Candidates should have a track record of working in a high pace environments
- Working knowledge of PEGA Systems
