PCN Senior Engineer/Solution Architect

PCN Competence Senior Engineer/Solution Architect (SGSN/MME, GGSN/EPG, Juniper, Smartedge, Redback, IP Networks, SASN, SAPC)

We are looking for a candidate with strong competence in PCN and MPBN nodes (SGSN/MME, GGSN/EPG, Juniper, Smartedge, Redback, IP Networks, SASN, SAPC)

Duties & Responsibilities

The PCN Principal engineer is the main point of contact for all PCN related issues in RWCE.
The person must have a consultative approach and be able to analyse complex network environments and propose plans for improvement and recommendations
Together with a team of PCN support engineers, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer support and Value added services among the whole region
The candidate must be able to ensure good interaction and interfacing internally with other competence domains and externally towards the main stakeholders and all customers.
Responsible for analysing, and supporting end-to-end technical solutions for the customers..
Responsible for profitable business by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals
Also responsible for handling problems that have been reported by customers or other support organizations.
Responsible for ensuring the good relationship and functioning of the team as well as coaching and menthoring new recruits

Multivendor Mobile PBN solutions
IP Networks and Routers (redback, smartedge, juniper, Cisco)
