Experience Level: Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Have the ability to support Microsoft XP workstations, MS Office and Outlook 2003/2007/2010.

Windows 7 experience a plus. Must have experience working in a desk side environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment
Ability to work in a team environment and capable to work independently
Ability to lift 40 LBS
Desired Certifications: A+

* Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
