We require a PC SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide second and third level IT support to end users.
Candidate should have good knowledge on PC and PC server hardware, MS Windows 7, MS Server 2008 and standard personal productivity tools eg MS Office 2010, Microsoft Outlook, MS Lync instant messaging, etc.
Base networking skills including MS Networking, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN are required for being successful. Additional consideration will be given for knowledge of telecommunications (Avaya), smartphones, audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment
Installation of new PC equipment for end-users and maintain up-to-date inventory of all assets in the office.
Day-to-day management of WINTEL Servers as well as data communications infrastructure. If required, co-ordinate with specialist teams in Brussels and/or St Louis for advanced troubleshooting.
