PC Support/Desktop Support-/Workplace Services Support (End User Computing Services) - 10 Months contract - Wroclaw - Poland

Long term contract available for PC Support/Desktop Support-/Workplace Services Support (End User Computing Services) to start ASAP.

The client:

A large consultancy (FTSE 500)

Your responsibility:

Assisting office workers with their computer desktop/Laptop systems
Providing computer support services both for software and hardware.
Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs.
Good Understanding of Workstation class OS like Windows 7, XP.
Traveling to the nearest company sites for assisting users if required.
Setting up video conference devices, sound systems, and projectors for meetings and events.

Essential skills required:

Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7).
Proven experienced with supporting 40 users or more
Basic application troubleshooting knowledge.
Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN)
Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop, Mobile devices)
Able to speak English and have decent understanding of Polish
Good Customer/Vendor handling skills
