PC Field Technician

1 year contract for a PC Technician to provide onsite and remote support work. Candidate will provide support, configuration and integration work for Panasonic CF-30 laptops, related communication hardware, meter probes and meter software (calibration, testing). Candidate must be able to create Mainframe queries (SQL), update meter profiles, etc. Strong customer service and communication skills.

Candidate needs to possess a broad understanding of the design and functionality of a wide range of Workstation computers and peripheral equipment.

Ability to resolve technically complex problems involving the Workstation infrastructure Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office suite products Experience in the installation and re-imaging of base operating systems, software, peripherals and drivers.

Ability to recognize priorities and multitask assigned work.

Travel is required through out the surrounding areas, Clean and Valid NCDL is required, 7 year criminal background check and standard drug screen must be clear and complete.
Candidates will be reimbursed for mileage.
