Payroll Support Consultant (m/w)

We are searching an Payroll Support Consultant (m/w).

Tasks:
+ SAP HCM Payroll expert responsible for supporting all production issues and enhancements.
+ Handling all issues and change requests raised via internal ticketing tool.
+ Ensure the solutions are provided within agreed SLA
+ Should be able to take additional countries as secondary support consultant.
+ Analyze the SAP standard OSS notes being released as part of HRSP upgrades.
+ Work with offshore team for knowledge transition and other related activities.
+ Able to analyze issues end to end payroll processes covering all sub modules in SAP HCM.

Must:
+ 2-3 years of experience in German / Swiss / Austrian Swiss SAP Payroll process understanding Tax and Legal regulations.
+ Must have proficient knowledge in languages German and English
+ Should have worked in multi country payroll support engagement with a minimum of 2 assignments.
+ Good communication skills for interacting with end client and explaining the SAP HCM payroll process.
+ Added advantage of having SAP payroll experience for countries Germany, France, Italy and Russia
