Projektbeschreibung
- Responsible for the monthly banking transfer order/payments for global salaries including all additional charges
- Communication with administration/institutions regarding bank transfers for LPP payments
- Responsable for monthly/annual lists, including LPP, AVS/AI/ APG/Lamal, LAA, LAAC
- Total personnel costs information, incl. providing AIS with total personnel costs information on a monthly basis
- Providing AIS with total employee costs for expense budgeting purposes
in the field of annual expense budgets - AIS Staff Reimbursements, especially following the reimbursement process to AIS (request, approval and execution)
- Extensive experience in payroll within a banking environment
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, policy and procedures in Switzerland
- Knowledge of LOGA payroll system
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish
