Role and Experience:

Experience in Tax, NI, Compliance, Benefits, Payments, Pension Contributions, Reconciliation, Expenses necessary

Payment and reconciliation of all employee remuneration, expenses and benefits and associated payments in relation to pensions contributions, tax and NI and third party flexible benefits suppliers on time
-
The management and implementation of annual business year end and tax year end processes related to reward, payroll, pensions, expenses and benefits and implement changes arising from organisation reward reviews

Compliance with all tax and other regulations related to the remuneration of employees and payment of expenses

Strong organisational and time management skills needed
